I'm an author. Storyteller. Cool aunt to three kiddos. Mom to two dogs. A little nerdy. A lot passionate.
You might see me at a comic con, hanging with my dragon and trying to help new readers pick which series to jump into. Sometimes I pop up at schools to talk about storytelling. If you follow me on social media, you find some updates on new stories or events, but you'll mostly see pictures of the dogs. Writing + dogs sums up my life. I'm up to 21 books now and hope to hit 101 one day. I'm a proud alumni of Kentucky Governor's School for the Art in Creative Writing and will proudly support storytelling in all its forms. I've written and directed plays, collaborated with comic artists, and recorded audio books. Currently in the works are more novels, a book of poetry, screenplays, and a comic book. In summary, I like to write.
